1. Agreement

By joining or using Savejot ("Savejot," "we," "us"), operated at 1299 Farnam St, Omaha, NE 68102, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Membership

Savejot is a free members savings club. Membership is free and requires no payment. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend or end memberships that violate these Terms.

3. SMS Program Terms

• Program description: Savejot offers two optional text programs: (a) account notifications and customer care (membership confirmations, account updates, support responses), and (b) marketing notifications about curated deals. You choose each separately.
• Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of membership.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact info@savejot.com or (402) 513-7728.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information, signing up others without their permission, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping content, or using Savejot for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-Party Offers

Savejot curates offers from third-party merchants. We are not the seller and are not responsible for merchants' products, services, prices, availability, shipping, returns or customer service. Offers may change or expire at any time without notice. Your purchases are solely between you and the merchant, subject to the merchant's terms.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Savejot does not guarantee any savings, prices, or results, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any offer information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savejot disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savejot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party offer.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
